LAYING OF FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE on braced shoes of concrete and steel will raise the load walls that with its jacenas and bands will give support to the different slabs that form the structure of the buildings.
The Cover will be made by means of reinforced concrete slab, being placed on its waterproof superior part and on its ceramic roofing tile.

FACADES for the outer treatment of the facades have been anticipated according to the different zones:
a) Made with mortar cement and later painted with anti-humidity acrylics.
b) Covered by worked rustic stone.
c) Covered by apomada coralline stone.

The materials before described, will go hopeless with jambs and knobs, colonial type. The railings will be of iron forged in some zones, combining in others the wood, with the one of eaves and marquees.
OUTER CARPENTRY: all windows and doors, will be of lacquered aluminum in target and provided with glasses color bronze to attenuate the action of solar rays. One will complete with screens anti-mosquito.
OUTER PAVEMENTS: walking and the perimeter of swimming pools will form by means of printed concrete. In the common zones within the buildings, and in combination with the steps of the stairs, the type of material will be polished and glazed coralline stone.
INNER PAVEMENTS: will be import travertine marble, with closing in vertical adornment of worked massive wood socle of 15 cm.
INNER CARPENTRY: as much the doors of the different stays like those from the closets, will be of massive wood of andiroba with relief. Equipped with iron works and locks.
KITCHENS: the frontal coating of will be appeased ceramic of import. The top one will be of granite. High and low furniture, stainless steel sinks with faucets monocontrol.
HOUSEHOLD-ELECTRIC: the kitchens will go equipped with bell extractor, plate vitro ceramic, embedded furnace, dishwashing liquid and heater of water.
BATHS with apomada coralline stone, with decorative details in triangle and borders. Jacuzzi in main bath, space of shower made in situ with glass screens of security in bath of the secondary dormitory. Sink in stoneware of import on top of coralline stone. Mixer tap Faucets. Installation of accessories and mirror.

VESTIDORES AND CLOSETS will settle distributors of modular structure.
Air-conditioned: by splits units installed in each one of the areas. The compressors will go lodged in the zones qualified for such aim in the cover.
FACILITIES: the different facilities, water, cable, light, cleaning will go in agreement with the norms of quality and security that are of application in the Dominican Republic.
EQUIPMENT: each one of the buildings will have area of laundry, equipped with automatic, drying washing machines and laundries as well as the clothes hanging area.
FURNISHINGS: all the apartments will be given furnished and equipped with mattresses, pillows, blankets and curtains based on each model of apartment.
